Fabrice Brad Rulinda
Fabrice Brad Rulinda is Co-founder of Fadison Communications, bringing years of experience in strategic communications, government relations and advisory work to the firm. A diplomat, entrepreneur and public leader, he has advised national leaders and senior business figures, drawing on an understanding of how public policy, business and reputation shape one another.
His work spans government, enterprise and international relations. He uses that perspective to help leaders articulate their priorities, engage influential audiences and build trust, combining strategic judgement with sensitivity to the political, commercial and cultural contexts in which organisations operate.
Fabrice was educated in Law, International Relations, Diplomacy and Aviation across several continents. His experience in energy, investment and strategic partnerships complements his advisory background and grounds his understanding of communication in the practical demands of leadership and business.
Alongside his role at Fadison Communications, Fabrice serves as Mayor of Entebbe Municipality, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in Uganda and Managing Director of Stratacore Energy. These roles inform his perspective on institutional accountability, diplomacy and engagement between the public and private sectors.
At Fadison Communications, his aim is to build a firm with international reach, helping businesses, institutions and leaders communicate with authority across markets and cultures. He believes enduring reputations depend on a clear sense of purpose, sound judgement and consistency between what organisations say and what they do.
