Who we are
Fadison Communications Ltd is a strategic communications and brand advisory firm at 3rd Floor, TMT Atrium Building, Naguru, Kampala, Uganda. You can reach us at info@fadisoncommunications.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you type into it:
- your name, organisation and, if you give them, your role and phone number
- your email address
- the area you want help with
- your message
We do not ask for anything more than this, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell them or use them for marketing you did not ask for.
How it is handled
- The form sends your message by email to our enquiries inbox.
- A security check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs when you send the form, to block automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address for this purpose.
- The website is hosted on Cloudflare. If an enquiry email cannot be delivered, our hosting logs record only the time, the area you chose and a short reference code. They do not record your name, contact details or message, so in that case we may not receive your enquiry and you may need to contact us by phone or email.
- The site may count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any work that follows.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you by writing to info@fadisoncommunications.com.
